Drakolimni of Tymfi is located in an alpine meadow of Tymfi, at an altitude of 2,050 m, Northwest of the peak Ploskos (2,377 m.), Northeast of the peak Astraka (2,436 m.), South of the monastery Stomiou from which it is 3.5 hours and West-Northwest of the peak Gamila (2,497 m.) which is the highest peak of Tymfi.
